Becky Landon has been providing expert consulting services for over twenty years. Ms. Landon owned and operated an affordable rental housing development consulting firm from 2002 to 2022.  She worked closely with for-profit and nonprofit developers to coordinate the complex financing behind successful affordable housing developments. Becky helped structure and secure over $600 million in financing for affordable housing in the Twin Cities and Greater MN.

Since 2023 Becky has focused on topic-specific project management and assessing the health of both for- and non-profit businesses.  Recent activities include project management of creating an opioid crisis response plan for the Red Lake Nation, and a business assessment for the Children’s Shelter of Cebu.  Becky is uniquely detailed and organized, and is able to quickly understand organizations and support them to make intentional and deliberate change.

Ms. Landon holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Saint Thomas and Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Southwest State University. She also holds a Professional Project Manager Certification (CPPM) from the University of Saint Thomas

Ms. Landon is an avid traveler, both within the United States and internationally. In recent years she has ventured to Eastern Europe, Peru, Ecuador, Colombia, Scotland, El Paso, Wilmington NC, and various ports of call in California.
