With a degree in Office Administration, Hannah built a career in administrative and organizational work. She brings over 17 years of professional experience, along with a lifelong instinct for supporting others, and organizing that stack of papers that has been sitting there for who knows how long. After a few years of ascending the corporate ladder, she came to value work environments where the focus is on people, connection, and meaningful work, rather than just process.

Hannah thrives on building relationships, connecting people, and finding ways to support growth. She leads with listening and values meeting people where they are. She’s known for being patient yet determined, especially when it comes to learning and teaching. Hannah approaches her work with curiosity and collaboration, and is especially strong in creating, maintaining, and improving behindthe scenes operations of a business, so leaders can stay focused on their roles instead of trying to remember how to use functions in a spreadsheet.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her kids, playing cribbage, and relaxing around bonfires– especially along the North Shore. She values building and surrounding herself and her children with a close, supportive community of friends.
