Naomi is a dedicated nonprofit leader and consultant with a strong record of designing, implementing, and strengthening complex programs and systems. Recognized for her analytical and strategic mindset, she brings deep expertise in learning, evaluation, and continuous quality improvement, along with a talent for bridging ideas, initiatives, and people across diverse sectors and partnerships.
For the past seven years, Naomi has served as an independent consultant supporting a wide range of nonprofits and philanthropic organizations. Her work spans program design, project and grants management, meeting facilitation, and grant writing—helping clients advance their missions with clarity, rigor, and collaboration.
Previously, Naomi was a Senior Program Manager on Greater Twin Cities United Way’s Education Community Impact team, where she led the organization’s Social Innovation Fund initiative in partnership with Generation Next and managed a $6M portfolio of early childhood programs, including home visiting and quality child care and education initiatives.
Before joining United Way, Naomi spent more than a decade in the nonprofit sector in New York City and France, working in workforce development, asset building, community development, early learning, and early-grade literacy.
She holds a B.A. from Barnard College and an M.P.A. from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs.
